Founded in May 2024 by Jason Brown, a seasoned industry veteran, we’re dedicated to redefining the auto repair experience for drivers in Vista, CA. Jason started his journey in the automotive world at the age of 16 when he started working part-time at a gas station service garage.

His innate ability to diagnose issues early on, even when others struggled, became apparent from the start. This passion and a keen interest in emerging technologies have driven him to create Hi-Lo Voltage Auto Diagnostics and Repair.
